U.S. President Joe Biden on Wednesday praised the plan by Tesla Inc Chief Government Elon Musk to open a part of its electrical car charging community, saying the transfer is a “large deal” and can “make a giant distinction.”
The tweet is an indication of bettering relationships between Joe Biden and Elon Musk, who beforehand complained about being ignored.
“In constructing our EV charging community, we’ve got to make sure that as many chargers work for as many drivers as potential,” Biden stated in a tweet. “To that finish, @elonmusk will open a giant a part of @Tesla’s community as much as all drivers. That is a giant deal, and it will make a giant distinction.”

In response to the tweet, Musk stated, “Thanks, Tesla is completely happy to assist different EVs through our Supercharger community.”
By late 2024, Tesla will open 7,500 new and present Superchargers and Vacation spot Chargers, the Biden administration stated on Wednesday. The administration is ready to spend $7.5 billion on increasing charging infrastructure and jump-start the adoption of electrical automobiles.
