America will on Tuesday afternoon summon Russia’s ambassador to Washington after a Russian Su-27 fighter jet downed a US navy drone over the Black Sea, State Division spokesperson Ned Worth stated.

The US ambassador to Moscow has conveyed a powerful message to Russia’s international affairs ministry and U.S. officers had briefed allies and companions over the incident, Worth advised reporters on a cellphone briefing.
